Since the team’s inception in the late 1980s, GT Bicycles has been a dominant force in mountain bike racing, and this tradition continues with the 2007 team. Winning more races and championships than any other race team on the circuit, GT is the marquee mountain bike race team. With world-class athletes Brian lopes, Todd wells, Dave Wardell, Jill Kintner and Hans Rey, the GT team is set to continue that winning heritage in 2007. The riders are preparing to set the world on fire with race wins across the globe and will compete in all modes of mountain bike racing: downhill, 4 cross, and cross country. The GT race team will compete at all U.S. National series races, and all world cup races in 2007.
