SELECT YOUR SIZESpeed, Redefined
In modern road racing, the time trial is the ultimate test. There is nowhere to conceal weakness, no draft to rely on — only power, efficiency, and resolve. Every second counts, and even the smallest inefficiency can decide the outcome. It is a discipline that rewards absolute precision and uncompromising performance.
When victories are determined by fractions of time, responsibility shifts to engineering excellence. Within Bianchi’s Reparto Corse, every detail is scrutinized in the pursuit of speed. Progress is relentless, refinement continuous, and no performance gain is considered too small to matter.
The name Aquila, Italian for eagle, represents this philosophy. Chosen as Bianchi’s emblem for its authority in the air, the eagle symbolizes speed, control, and effortless elegance in motion. It stands at the summit — the ultimate expression of performance.
A Method Built on Optimization
The development of the Aquila RC spanned more than 20 months and was driven by close collaboration with Bianchi’s WorldTour athletes. Feedback from elite riders — including time trial specialist and Tour de France stage winner Kévin Vauquelin — played a central role in shaping the bike’s evolution.
Their expertise informed a rigorous, iterative process that moved continuously between concept sketches, CAD modeling, aerodynamic simulation, prototyping, and real-world testing. Each cycle refined the design further, ensuring the Aquila RC delivers uncompromising speed when it matters most.
