Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online or mail order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods - There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.

    30 days right to reject:
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product.
In the first 30 days after purchase, you have the right to reject the goods. This means you can return an item that doesn’t meet the three criteria for a full refund.

Please return goods to us in their original condition**. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred (only if available). A refund or exchange will not be given for unwanted gifts or any other reason.

**Note: please ensure that you do not damage or mark the item. We will be unable to accept items that are damaged or marked. Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

    Please note:
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. All items requiring an exchange will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
