Lightweight CF3 III Carbon Frame
At the heart of the MERIDA BIG.NINE TR 8000 is the lightweight BIG.NINE TR CF3 III carbon frame. Its progressive geometry is designed to balance efficient climbing with improved stability and control on challenging descents. With clearance for 29 x 2.4-inch tyres, this carbon hardtail is ready for fast XC riding and demanding downcountry adventures.
RockShox SID Select+ 120mm Suspension Fork
The 120mm RockShox SID Select+ air suspension fork adds extra capability when the terrain gets rough. Its remote lockout helps you adapt between efficient climbing and more technical sections, while the additional travel provides improved control on rocky trails, roots and uneven ground.
SRAM GX Eagle Transmission AXS Wireless Gearing
The wireless SRAM GX Eagle Transmission AXS T-Type 12-speed drivetrain delivers precise electronic shifting without traditional gear cables. Paired with a 10–52-tooth cassette and 34-tooth chainring, it offers a broad gear range for steep climbs, fast cross-country sections and varied trail conditions.
Lightweight Reynolds Carbon Wheels
The Reynolds TR 309 XC carbon wheelset helps keep weight low while delivering a responsive ride. Combined with 29-inch Maxxis Rekon tyres, the setup provides traction and control for fast cross-country riding and more technical trails. The tubeless-ready wheels and tyres also offer the option of a tubeless setup when correctly installed.
