Built around a tough Lite III aluminium frame and Merida's latest enduro geometry, the One-Sixty 500 is ready for everything from challenging mountain trails and enduro riding to full days at the bike park.

With a 170mm RockShox Domain Gold R air fork, RockShox Super Deluxe rear shock, powerful four-piston TRP brakes and a wide-range Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain, the Merida One-Sixty 500 2027 delivers a capable specification without the premium carbon-bike price tag.

Next-Generation Enduro Geometry
The One-Sixty 500 features Merida's Lite III aluminium frame with next-generation enduro geometry, internal cable routing, Boost axles and a threaded bottom bracket. The frame also incorporates a flip chip, allowing the bike to be configured as either a full 29er or a mixed-wheel mullet setup.

Merida's AGILOMETER sizing system gives riders additional flexibility when choosing their preferred frame size and reach, helping create a more personalised riding position.

170mm RockShox Suspension
At the front, the RockShox Domain Gold R air fork provides 170mm of suspension travel to help absorb big impacts and maintain control through rough, technical terrain. A RockShox Super Deluxe rear shock works with Merida's FAST kinematic suspension design to provide a confident and controlled ride on demanding descents.

The One-Sixty platform can be run as a full 29er with 162mm of rear travel or as a mullet configuration with 171mm of rear travel, while preserving the bike's intended geometry.

Shimano Deore 12-Speed Drivetrain
The Shimano Deore M6200 12-speed drivetrain provides a wide 10-51 tooth cassette, giving you plenty of gearing for steep climbs and long days in the mountains. The Shimano Deore M6200 rear derailleur and 32-tooth chainset provide a dependable setup for both climbing and technical trail riding.

Powerful Four-Piston TRP Brakes
When the trail points downhill, the TRP Slate Evo four-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide strong and controlled braking performance. Combined with the long-travel suspension and aggressive enduro geometry, the braking system is designed to inspire confidence on steep descents and challenging trails.

Continental Kryptotal Enduro Tyres
The One-Sixty 500 2027 comes equipped with Continental Kryptotal-F and Kryptotal-R tyres featuring Enduro casings and soft compounds. The 29 x 2.4-inch front tyre and size-dependent rear setup provide a capable combination for grip and control on demanding off-road terrain.

The Merida Comp TR II wheelset is tubeless-ready and uses a 28mm internal rim width, giving riders the option to convert to a compatible tubeless setup.

Long-Travel Dropper Post
A Merida Expert TR IV dropper seatpost comes fitted as standard, with size-specific travel from 170mm to 230mm and 25mm of adjustment. Being able to lower the saddle quickly gives you additional freedom of movement when tackling steep descents and technical sections.
