The Merida Reacto 4th generation is the most aerodynamic and comfortable aero road bike on the market.
Merida has used the latest computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and wind tunnel testing to optimize the Reacto's aerodynamics. As a result, the Reacto CF5 needs just 209 watts effort to maintain 45 km/h speed, 1 watt faster than its predecessor.
But the Reacto isn't just about aerodynamics. It's also incredibly comfortable to ride. Merida has increased the tire clearance to 32c, and the frame is designed to flex slightly under load, which helps to absorb bumps and vibrations.
The Reacto is also very versatile. It can be used for everything from racing to touring. It's light enough to climb well, and it's stable enough to handle descents at high speeds.
The Reacto is equipped with powerful hydraulic disc brakes for all-weather performance. The calipers are mounted on the chainstay for better dissipation of braking forces, and they sit on top of CNC'd aluminium Disc Cooler fins which reduce operating temperatures by up to 35%.
Overall, the Merida Reacto 4th generation is the perfect bike for cyclists who want the most aerodynamic and comfortable aero road bike on the market.
