The SCOTT Spark DC Factory Bike 2027 is the ultimate downcountry mountain bike for riders who want exceptional climbing efficiency, race-inspired speed and serious trail capability. Built around SCOTT’s lightweight Spark DC HMX Carbon Gen5 frame, the Spark DC Factory combines low weight, advanced suspension technology and premium components to create a fast, capable and highly responsive full-suspension mountain bike.
At the heart of the 2027 Spark DC Factory is RockShox Flight Attendant electronic suspension, with a RockShox Pike Ultimate Flight Attendant fork offering 140mm of front travel and a RockShox SIDLuxe XL Ultimate Flight Attendant rear shock providing 138mm of rear travel. The electronically controlled suspension system automatically responds to changes in terrain, helping optimise pedalling efficiency, traction and control as you climb, descend and tackle technical sections of trail.
The lightweight HMX carbon frame is engineered for a responsive ride while incorporating features designed for demanding modern mountain biking. The frame includes an adjustable head angle, fork lock, Ceramic Speed bearings, integrated cable routing and a UDH interface. The Spark DC platform combines the efficiency associated with SCOTT’s cross-country heritage with additional travel and capability for harder-hitting trails.
Premium SRAM XX SL Eagle AXS Transmission
The drivetrain is every bit as high-end as the frame and suspension. The SRAM XX SL Eagle AXS Transmission 12-speed groupset delivers fast, precise wireless electronic shifting, while the SRAM XX Eagle AXS carbon crankset incorporates a spindle power meter. A wide-range 10-52T SRAM XX SL Eagle cassette provides the gearing needed for steep climbs as well as fast trail riding.
High-Performance Trail Control
Stopping power comes from SRAM Motive Ultimate 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes, paired with 180mm SRAM HS2 rotors front and rear. Combined with the capable Flight Attendant suspension, the braking system gives the Spark DC Factory the control required when riding technical descents and demanding mountain trails.
The bike rolls on premium carbon wheels with a 30mm rim width and tubeless-ready construction, paired with Maxxis Forekaster 29 x 2.4-inch front and Maxxis Recon 29 x 2.4-inch rear tyres. The RockShox Reverb AXS dropper post allows quick saddle-height adjustment at the push of a button, helping you move confidently between climbs and descents.
