The Reaction SLX's Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes' powerful, progressive control doesn't just help keep you safe, it also helps you ride faster and have more fun. Combined with the smooth control of the RockShox Recon Silver 32 air fork and easy shifting and huge range of the Shimano XT 1x12 gears, you're pretty much all set. The Schwalbe Racing Ralph 2.25in tyres ? fast-rolling, smooth and grippy, and fitted to Newmen Performance 30 wheels ? round out the complete trail exploring package.
Frame description
The Reaction frame's elegantly sculpted lines and super-clean tube joints are part of its appeal, sure. But there's solid practicality there, too. For example, the Internal Cable Routing ? which complements the tidy aesthetic ? includes cable protection inside the head tube. The 30.9mm-diameter seat tube is ready to accept a remote dropper post. Mounting points at the rear are compatible with our Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 and ACID mudguards. A UDH and Boost thru-axle rear end with extra-large chainstay protector is built to be both tough and future-proof. And mounting points under the top tube make it simple to add a compatible ACID tool or other accessory. Form and function, perfectly combined.
