Scott Scale 10 Bike 2027 – Carbon XC Hardtail Mountain Bike
The Scott Scale 10 Bike 2027 is a lightweight, race-inspired hardtail mountain bike built for fast cross-country riding, challenging trails and riders who demand efficient power transfer and precise handling. Featuring a premium Scale HMF carbon frame, 110mm FOX suspension and a Shimano 12-speed drivetrain, the Scale 10 combines speed, control and trail-ready performance in a highly capable XC mountain bike.
Lightweight HMF Carbon Frame
At the heart of the Scott Scale 10 is a Scale HMF carbon frame, designed around SCOTT's focus on efficiency and performance. The frame features modern XC geometry, an adjustable head angle and integrated cable routing for a clean cockpit and streamlined appearance.
With its carbon construction and race-inspired design, the Scale 10 is built to deliver responsive acceleration and efficient power transfer when climbing, sprinting and riding fast across varied terrain.
FOX 110mm Suspension
The FOX 32 Rhythm Grip fork provides 110mm of front suspension travel, helping smooth out roots, rocks and rough sections of trail while maintaining responsive XC handling. The fork includes rebound adjustment and lockout, allowing riders to optimise the setup for different riding conditions.
SCOTT's RideLoc technology provides handlebar-mounted control for the suspension and dropper post, helping you quickly adjust the bike when the trail changes.
Shimano XT & Deore 12-Speed Drivetrain
The Scott Scale 10 2027 features a Shimano XT rear derailleur combined with Shimano Deore 12-speed components. A 10-51T cassette provides a wide 510% gear range, giving you low gearing for steep climbs while retaining higher gears for faster sections and flatter trails.
The 32T crankset creates a versatile gearing setup for modern cross-country riding.
Maxxis Rekon Race 29-Inch Tyres
The Scale 10 rolls on 29-inch Maxxis Rekon Race 2.4-inch tyres with a fast-rolling XC tread pattern. The tyres are foldable, EXO-equipped and tubeless ready, providing a combination of speed, grip and puncture protection suited to cross-country riding.
The Alex X-30SE wheelset is also tubeless ready, giving riders the option to set up the bike tubeless for their preferred trail setup.
Dropper Post and Hydraulic Disc Brakes
A Syncros dropper post allows you to lower the saddle from the handlebar when tackling steeper descents and technical sections. Shimano MT401 hydraulic disc brakes provide controlled braking performance, with a 180mm front rotor and 160mm rear rotor.
